Kindly attend below request:-
This is to formalize the issue that has been communicated to Penril for SMS OTP post implementation via whatsapp on 16/12/2020.
It was discovered during reset password via "Forgot Your Password" outside link and reset the Security Question via "Forgot Your Security Questions" outside link.
Noticed that Password field length for "Forgot Your Password" is 14 characters while "Forgot Your Security Questions" is 12 characters.
Customer will face an issue of "Incorrect Password" if the password reset in "Forgot Your Password" is more than 12 characters and later while reset Security Questions via ""Forgot Your Security Questions", system only allow the password up to 12 characters only.
Kindly investigate and ensure the consistency of the password field through out the system. Instance has been provided to simulate the issue.

Root Cause:- Changes not cater on password field for Forgot my Security Answer Solution:- Increase the max-length in the JSP file Please get the patches at below path:- //10.20.8.35/internet banking/20201215_SMS_OTP_combine
