Hi,
Kindly attend below request:-

This is to formalize the reported issue happen last week. The issue happend when customer's whom the mobile number has been updated in Core and Contact centre has flagged the mobile number via BVMC, however having difficulty as the TAC still sent to old number ascustomer need to change the password since the cut off of SMS OTP

Penril team has been informed and understand that they are currently working on the fixes. Let us know once the fix is ready.
