Kindly attend below request:-
Please assist on below queries from ITG, they need to present the list to auditor. Kindly assist urgently.
From Farid:
Issue:
1. The list captured customer data as well mostly with inactive & deleted status. Why its captured customer info?
2. The list having blank column. Example row 45, 61, 72, 91-96 etc. The report should not have blank column.
3. 1 customer tagged to Kuching Branch under ID ruzana3511 is Active.
Our intention, the list should provide BVMC users (internal KFHM staff), not customer and to avoid further query from PwC auditor.
