Hi Chee onn,

System only forced user to check duplicate for first time.

Step :
1. User insert data > check duplicate >save
2. User reset field to enter new data
3. User insert new data

Expected : System should still force user to do check duplicate step.

Save button disable after user press on the reset button, please test with the latest installer package i send in email.
