Customer call contact centre 19/2/2021 for activation agronetbiz Mobile Token ( Agrokey).
Customer already FTL single user and login single user but error show invalid otp.
Customer inform she key correct otp but result still same after 2 times she request otp
Kindly assist to check.

Based on data from TB_AM_PAIRING and log, this user got lock due to exceeding OTP maximum try. Thus, the user requests their CA to unlock based on the current status.
The next step user needs to do is perform resets password and activating the mobile token. Then, retry again.
