Dear Hafiz,
Please proceed with the enhancement. The details as follow:
Issues:- Human mistake - Did not perform archiving of the old files that have been processed
- PayNet was late in sending the RFI file to KFH.
Above 2 caused IBG system to processed the old RFI file (last year) and credited into Customer account
Proposed Solution - Enhance the IBG system:- To check the date of the file, at the header, if value matches the date, will proceed to process the file, else will not process the file
- After crediting process, file to be renamed. Suggestion to add year in front of the filename eg: 2021pnd02211000
- To send email notifications during date validation. IT will be informed which file is processed.
- Bank need to add SOP to do archive and clean up on the renamed files

Development and SIT done. Deliver patch, migration plan and test result on 19/03/2021. Waiting for business user to proceed with UAT and migrate to production.
