From the log we found the user tried to register 6 times in a span of 1 hours. Seems all the registration are successful but verify TOTP keep return failed. Suggestion : - Please delete the application and reinstall - Please make sure the user scan the last QR code after TAC to make sure app is linked with latest registration code.
