Hi,
Kindly attend below request:-
Please help to check on the blank EPF report issue.
Whenever there is data on the EPF, the auto generated report will not show any data.
It will show only header of the report.
However, after we re-generate the report manually, the engine able to include the data at the report.
Please help to further check on this issue.
Logs file can be found from below directory:
\\10.20.8.50\Insert Here\IB Logs\05042021

As per WhatsApp communication, please proceed to sync both IBUtils at kfhib03 and kfhib04.
After sync IBUtils in kfhib04, please change the below.
To change for IBUtils kfhib04
File: ibreport.cfg
Value to change (path): BVMC_PROP
Kindly monitor the EPF report and inform us if the issue still persists.
