- Change User ID to User Name
- Download PDF & Excel not display after state & before state value.
- File name is not tally. Suppose EditParticipantDetailsReport.

Hi Bram,
- Reason still not display at table list and details. (as per discussed before)
- Authorization Reason still display null at Download.
- Wrong mapping Activity, Authorize action did not set as authorize activity on log
If Status Pending, Activity should display as Edit Participant Maintenance
If Status Approved / Rejected / Successful, Activity should display as Authorize Edit Participant Maintenance
