Hi Team,
I am not receive TAC when perform fpx transaction. Recently we also receive few complaint from staff on the same issue. Please help to check.
From log I can see below error, however telnet to both sms url is successful.

As the issue reported is not consistently happening. We suggest to do the steps below and we will monitor it further:
1) Copy the SMS webservice CA cert to a new folder.
- You can find the CA cert at app config

- New folder can create under D and name it as SMS webservice
2) Copy the CA cert and change the path in app config to new path you have copy

FPX issue caused by websphere sticky session.
Solved at 12 November 2021
Provide patch for TAC cron. to apply singleton when grab cacert from appconfig
