Hi,
Kindly attend below request:-
Current Flow in SIT (Correct):
CA (Status: New; FTL: No) --> UKB Resend Temporary Password --> Insert temporary pwd in FTL --> Force change password --> Fill in security question --> Success --> Login CDB using new password
Status User Maintenance in IBAM:
CA (Status: Active; FTL: Yes)
Current Flow in Prod (Wrong):
CA (Status: New; FTL: No) --> UKB Resend Temporary Password --> Unable to insert temporary pwd in FTL --> User login --> insert temporary pwd --> Able to login
Prompt error: Invalid username/password
So customer proceed step below:
CA (Status: New; FTL: No) --> UKB Resend Temporary Password --> User login --> insert temporary pwd --> Force change password --> Able to login
Status User Maintenance in IBAM:
CA (Status: Active; FTL: No)
Eg:
Company Name: BB MAN ENTERPRISE
CA: ADMH08831

Cannot replicate the issue on SIT.
System not allow user to do forgot password, system will force user to perform FTL first.

Issue:
In IBAM, CA FTL is No but can login.
Finding:
CA actually already perform FTL but the FTL status failed to update to database.
Cause:
This issue happened because code use 'saveOrUpdate' instead of 'save'.
Code 'saveOrUpdate' has intermittent issue where sometimes it fails to save to database.
Solution:
Fix code from 'saveOrUpdate' to 'save'.
- Access IBAM > CBE > Org setup > Company > User maintenance > Create CA.
- Access BSNeBiz Login. Enter CA username. Should get error Please perform FTL.
- Access FTL. Enter wrong temp password until Lock.
- Admin unlock CA.
- Access BSNeBiz Login. Enter CA username. Should get error Please perform FTL.
- Access FTL and complete the security setting.
- Access BSNeBiz Login. Enter CA username and password.
- Expected result, CA can login and CA FTL status is Yes.
