Description
Path: IBAM > Bank Back End > Content > Service Info
Scenario:
1. Search for BFUNORR (New Interbank Rentas Transfer) or BFUNFRR (Favourite Interbank Rentas Transfer).
2. Change "Status" to be Offline
3. Set "Offline Message"
4. Click on "Update" button
5. Login to BSNeBIZ & check for Rentas transaction.
Current:
User can make Rentas transaction (transaction not in offline state) & no Offline message display.
Additional Info:
Issue also observed in Display Name & Main Note.
Expected:
Changes in IBAM Service Info should reflect in BSNeBIZ for Rentas transaction

Issue:
Certain settings in service info of RENTAS transfer (BFUNORR and BFUNFRR) do not reflect in CDB.
Finding:
When switching the transaction mode between IBG and RENTAS, both need to reload service info data and execute action.
Solution:
Both undergoes action to get their own service info when switching transaction mode.
- Access IBAM > Bank Back End > Content > Service Info
- Search for BFUNORR (New Interbank RENTAS Transfer)
- Change "Status" to be Offline
- Set "Offline Message"
- Click on "Update" button
- Access CDB > Transfer & Payment
- For New RENTAS transfer, choose "BSN/DuitNow/IBG" in Transfer Type and then choose "RENTAS" in Transaction Mode
- Expected result: RENTAS transfer goes offline and the page displays offline message
Results in Additional Info:
The changes of Display Name & Main Note can be observed.
