Description

To initiate RENTAS transfer for both IFT and GOV03.

  1. To comply with BHI
  2. To comply with new SWIFT system and MT103
  3. Use the same GL
  4. From CDB it be show as Channel Payment
  5. Charges - will be Auto deduction
  6. Rentas Cut-off Time will be parameters
    - Opening : 8:30am
    - Cut-off : TBC
  7. To define IBG and RENTAS Limit
    - IBG MAX amount RM1000,000.00
    - RENTAS MIN amount RM10,000

- RENTAS screen and service done in CDB.
- RENTAS cut-off time parameter in SERVICE_INFO.
- Charges split with private and government amount.
- Transfer min and max amount configure in SERVICE_INFO
- Webservice to update RENTAS status.

Both has been deploy at SIT environment.

Host integration:
- Outgoing Customer Transfer (MT103) <Pending for RENTAS Datapower webservice, currently using RBG BHI webservice>
- Customer Transfer Completion / Status Update <Done in bsn-rentas-ws project>
- Customer Transfer Tracking <Done in bsn-rentas-ws project>

RENTAS Transfer Service (included Outgoing Customer Transfer service) Test Case:
- Take note at invokeWsOperation() method of ESBOutCustTranServices.java file in bsn-esb project
- Set StatCde as "00" (no error) will allow RENTAS transfer
- Set StatCde as "01" (rejected) will reject RENTAS transfer

A. Initiator and Approver
  1. Log in as Initiator > Transfer & Payment > Transfer
  2. Choose "BSN/Other Bank" in Transfer Type and any bank (eg. CIMB Bank) except "Bank Simpanan Nasional" which supports RENTAS transfer in Bank Name.
  3. Choose "RENTAS" in Transaction Mode and key in the details in the mandatory sections.
  4. Press "Next" and then "Confirm".
  5. A "Pending Approval" RENTAS transfer is processed.
  6. Log in as Approver > Authorization
  7. Press "Edit" to corresponded RENTAS transfer.
  8. Press "Approve" and then "Submit" after keying in details in Challenge Response Code and Remarks.
  9. A "Accepted" RENTAS transfer is processed (in case Statcde is "00").
B. Single User
  1. Log in as Single User > Transfer & Payment > Transfer
  2. Choose "BSN/Other Bank" in Transfer Type and any bank (eg. CIMB Bank) except "Bank Simpanan Nasional" which supports RENTAS transfer in Bank Name.
  3. Choose "RENTAS" in Transaction Mode and key in the details in the mandatory sections.
  4. Press "Next" and then "Confirm" after keying in details in Challenge Response.
  5. A "Accepted" RENTAS transfer is processed (in case Statcde is "00").

RENTAS MT103 Service (MT103 Completion and CTT Message) Test Case:
- Must process a "Accepted" RENTAS transfer before this

A. Successful MT103 Completion and Successful CTT Message
  1. Go to ServicesTest.java file in bsn-rentas-ws project.
  2. At MT103CompletionTest() method, set StatCde to "00" (Settlement Successful) and RelRef to the value which is corresponding to RENTAS_TRNX_ID in DBO.BIB_INTER_TRANSFER_HISTORY.
  3. At CTTMessageTest() method, set CrDt to random date (YYYYMMDD), CrTm to random time (HHmmss) and RelRef to the value which is same as RelRef at MT103CompletionTest() method.
  4. Run ServicesTest.java file.
  5. At console log, "resBean.getStatCde(): 00" is displayed twice, that means both services have no error.
B. Unsuccessful MT103 Completion
  1. Go to ServicesTest.java file in bsn-rentas-ws project.
  2. At MT103CompletionTest() method, set StatCde to "01" or "02" (Rejected) and RelRef to the value which is corresponding to RENTAS_TRNX_ID in DBO.BIB_INTER_TRANSFER_HISTORY.
  3. Run ServicesTest.java file.
  4. At console log, "resBean.getStatCde(): 00" is displayed for MT103 Completion, that means the service has no error.
C. Data Update Error (Failed Service)
  1. Go to ServicesTest.java file in bsn-rentas-ws project.
  2. At MT103CompletionTest() method, set StatCde to "00" (Settlement Successful) and RelRef to a value which is not existed in RENTAS_TRNX_ID in DBO.BIB_INTER_TRANSFER_HISTORY.
  3. Run ServicesTest.java file.
  4. At console log, "resBean.getStatCde(): 01" is displayed for MT103 Completion, that means the service has error.
