Scenario:
1. Search for Unsuccessful Rentas transaction

Current issue:
No Unsuccessful Rentas transaction is displayed

Expected:
System should displayed Unsuccessful Rentas transaction

Please change result throw error to display error.
Throw error will skip save to database if host got error.

Issue:
Unsuccessful Rentas transaction not display in IBAM BSNeBIZ Transaction Enquiry & BSNeBIZ History

Finding:
Throwing error method blocks code processing to save detail in database

Solution:
Change throwing error exception to displaying error text method

Test cases:
  1. Login CDB as single user
  2. Go to Payment & Transfer
  3. Perform unsuccessful RENTAS transaction for record
  4. Go to Account Summary > Giro/Giro I account > View Details > BSNeBIZ History
  5. Search for Unsuccessful Rentas transaction
  6. Expected result: Unsuccessful Rentas transaction is shown
  7. Login IBAM as admin
  8. Go to CBE > BSNeBIZ Transaction Enquiry
  9. Search for Unsuccessful Rentas transaction
  10. Expected result: Unsuccessful Rentas transaction is shown
