the top failures' error code is 502, the details can be seen in the attachment TrE 211116 - 2124 - Failures
Accessed the web while testing and got a Proxy Error message (attachment TrE 211116 - 2124 - Web Open while test)

- Status changed from New - Begin Life Cycle to Pending Customer Feedback
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
Re-run the test script using 300 concurrent users. Stop when 300 login successful was shown, repeated for 3 times. No login failure found in result
