Paynet has submit the log data for observing the issue about "checker failed to approve dispute transaction". [27 JAN 2022]
After check with the log data, found out data was duplicated on unique column in database. Chee Ping joined in the thread asking more about the specific data duplicated table and column. [28 JAN 2022]

After follow up with Paynet side, they have provided the data we required and analyse ends up having an appointment meeting on the next day. [10 FEB 2022]
After the meeting on 10am morning we have agreed that we provide an additional query for confirm data in RPP_DISPUTE_MANAGEMENT table while Paynet side provide the error screen for further observation.[11 FEB 2022]

After today follow up with the update from Paynet (which ourside requires the screen before error screen which includes the dispute details), Paynet side update that they get the response from HLB and mentioning no more issue. What they did was they restarted the server, nothing else. They have requested to close the ticket[18 Feb 2022]
