Kindly attend below request:-

Based on our monitoring, there are differences in the successful Credit Transfer transactions on February 22, 2022 in the Credit Transfer Fee Admin file (454,781 trx) with what we did query on CI-Portal. The difference is in IAPTIDJA where on the query portal there are 21 successful CT transactions, while in the Credit Transfer Fee Admin file there are no successful transactions from IAPTIDJA, kindly need your help to check this problem.

Menurut pantauan kami, terdapat perbedaan transaksi sukses Credit Transfer tanggal 22 Februari 2022 pada file Credit Transfer Fee Admin (454.781 trx) dengan yang kami lakukan query pada CI-Portal(454.802 trx).

Perbedaan tersebut terdapat pada IAPTIDJA yang mana pada query portal terdapat 21 transaksi CT sukses, sedangkan pada file Credit Transfer Fee Admin tidak terdapat transaksi sukses dari IAPTIDJA. Mohon bantuan atas permasalahan tersebut. Terima Kasih

Please check if this Participant IAPTIDJA is assigned to the fee scheme or not? Now all transactions belonging to this participant are not calculated. Therefore, the possible root cause is this participant is not assigned to the fee scheme there. Please check.

Assigned to Bram. Waiting customer add that IAPTIDJA participant to fee scheme. After add, Bram can recalculate the fee again and regenerate report again.
