He requested to receive SMS Notification to be send to his mobile phone number.

Based of user record. user only receive sms notification from IBG RFI and last record for sms notification is 28-JAN-2020. which same as IBG RFI record. We cannot find any problem on this issue. If you have any inquiry please let me know.
