Need to confirm the exact issue.
As per inform via Whatsapp, user got session expired is not when login to IB.
Does the issue is related with request ID: 6210? (Pending response from Bank)

Hi Team,
Update from IT team, user able to login to AGRONetBiz as per last login date 2/4/2022.
As per-conversation with IT team via WhatsApp group.
We close this ticket first, suspect the CA is facing session expired due to approval matrix module issue which park under ticket number 6210.
