Issue:
Database CPU usage is 100% for a long time. Can reach an hour causing BSNeBiz failed to load login page.
Finding:
File processing table, column Batch ID is not indexed.
Solution:
Add index to File processing table, column Batch ID. This will improve search/enquiry speed.
- Comfort test Bulk Payment, Auto Debit and Statutory modules
- Run EOD.
- Expected result, file processing work as usual
