Kindly attend below request:-
BIB customer unable to perform FPX transaction. After key in username and password at login page, prompt error Msg " you have left the browser idle for more than 5 minutes''. Please login ( session expired).
Customer already try using different browser other than chrome and also try with mobile phone, still the same error appear.

Hi all,
Root cause: Wrong import RSAUtill pointing.
Solution: Import the correct RSAUtill pointing in the class patch.
The patch is already deployed at production today, dated 21 April 2022 together with ITD team(Ilah). Kah yan success login to B2B1 using ez-Hasil portal.
Request bank to ask a customer to retry login FPX AgronetBiz.
Changes class patch:
We replace the class file "FPXPortalLoginAction.class" at path \agro-bib\WEB-INF\classes\com\ib\bib\controller\actions\ib170_fpx\FPXPortalLoginAction.class
Pending:
Monitor reported customer login activity after deployed patch.
