Finding:
Suspect App server 2 got Web Container issue and is required to restart the server.
Resolution:
Perform restart to BIB and RIB.
- The restart action has been done together during production deployment for Migration ID184 on 13/05/2022 at 12.45 AM - 1.00 AM.
Additional Info:
Based on upass log, the reported user already successfully unlocked the single user at 14:28 PM after 3 times trying.
