Kindly attend below request:-
I hereby inform you that there has been a problem with Bank Jago's fee report (ATOSIDJ1). Bank Jago Live BIFAST Batch 3 on Monday, May 23, 2022 at 22.00 WIB in the condition that the fee parameter settings for Bank Jago have not been approved, so there is a difference in the fee report and tax calculation today, Tuesday, May 24, 2022. In the period 23 May 2022 at 22.00 – 24.00 WIB there have been 2 U000 credit transfer transactions from ATOSIDJ1 to BRINIDJA and CENAIDJA. Please help the technical team in solving this problem.

This issue already take an action on 24 mei, to do recalculate the transaction fee for 23 mei and regenerate fee report.
