Hi,
Kindly attend below request:-
Customer complaint that he unable to reset his password for CMS account, due to wrong Username and PIN no even though he has keyed in the PIN no correctly.
Customer still encountered the same error after following the steps advice earlier.
1) request new SMS Pin no.
2) Customer use incognito mode - chrome / private mode - firefox for Reset password

After looking into the issue, We would like get some information and user to retest reset password. 1) User to confirm they input user name as 'asyrul85' 2) User is using the latest Chrome and Firefox version. 3) Try to clear browser cache before reset password. If issue still persist, please try on another PC / device

Based on the current logs and DB results, we are unable to provide a root cause on this issue. We will suggest to add logging to bib user activity table to get more insight on this issue. Please confirm if we can proceed to enhance BIB to add the logging.
