Hi,
Kindly attend below request:-

Customer did not receive TAC even though we have flagged her mobile number in BVMC.

We cannot see any record from sms_table even customer had requested for the TAC.

This issue occured to multiple customers as below:

Root Cause:
Mobile no at sms table is not same as email.

Resolution:
Please update mobile number at branch then call contact center to enable mobile number flag
