Kindly attend below request:-
There are lists of records that are being published without going through Pending Records although victim bank and mule bank is different bank.

- % Done changed from 0 to 50
There are three conditions that indicates the status of record either pending or active.
1. If the reporting bank is not equal to mule bank, and status = 0, the record will go to pending records.
2. reporting bank is equal to mule bank, the record will be set active.
3. For Status = 1, the record will be set active.
Paynet request to amend logic to below condition and remove status field in bulk upload file.
1. If reporting bank not equals to mule bank, records goes into Pending Records
2. If reporting bank equals to mule bank, records set to active
