Some Report in November 9th and 10th 2022 and bank balance is incorrect, because the problem of offloading data.

Upon investigation, that on try to calculate newly added participant the db session became invalid, this because on query sum of transaction mutation we only filter LAST_MODIFED less that <value> so it will do full table scan that might take some time. it only happend on newly added participant because those participant is still not exist on table BANK_BALANCE.
