Finding:
1) The annual fee log on the date 18/11/2022 is not complete, suspected have an exception during the batch process.
2) Replicate the issue at SIT to check on the #1'st finding. Perform testing on scenarios where the main account is empty.
The result shows, an exception happen and cause the batch process to stop.
This case happens due to the current program's unable to check on the empty main account, it only can check if the main account is null.

Solution:
1) Added empty main account checking
2) Add exception handling to let the batch job process the next task instead of stopping.

This solution immediately deploy to production on 23/11/2022

Solution for the affected company:
1) To create a manual cron job to rerun the outdated data.
2) Create the batch job to retrieve the company account balance for data collection.

These 2 solutions already deploy to production.
Solution #1 on 15/12/2022
Solution #2 on 20/12/2022 - Still ongoing, the first batch of records already execute. In waiting for the bank's decision to execute the next batch of records.

The assessment to manual execute the annual fee to those affected company has been completed early last year.
