Please refer to our response below:- What triggered the issue? We suspect something went wrong with the BV clustering / cache causing all the instances to behave in an unexpected manner. From the 2 sessions with Aurea, their support team also was unable to pinpoint the root cause and provide any supporting evidence. How to avoid reoccurrence? The workaround we can suggest is to bring down all the instances in the cluster and start up each instance in sequence.
Issue closed in SCP.
