Kindly attend below request:-
We received multiple complaints from Contact Centre regarding this issue whereby customer did not notice that they are required to scan another QR code to complete the process. Therefor, we would like to request to made some amendment on the final activation screen as per below. Appreciate if this changes can deliver and merge together with the coming BNM OTP migration.
