Kindly attend below request:-
Kindly assist to check as customer unable to update TAC number.
Agent successfully enables mobile number via IBAM but customer unable to update the new TAC number as system back to main page and request for AGROKEY activation (IBAM still remain the old number).
Customers proceed for AGROKEY activation however the TAC still sent to the old number.
RUMBA already shows the new number as customer already update at branch.
Customers insist to resolved this urgently as customer got an urgent transaction to perform.

Reported issue:
Customer receives error message please proceed to agrokey activation when perform mobile change process.
Expected result:
The error on the AgroKey activation should not display. The error should be displayed if the enable change mobile no flag is disabled.
Solution:
Add checking on the enable mobile change flag. IF the flag is disabled, then check the customer agroKey activation status.
Additional Info
Bank request to remove agrokey checking at Login stage. This patch already deployed to Production on 15/06/2023.
