Kindly attend below request:-
On 9 July 2023, this customer encounter an issue with his FPX transaction. Based on the user, when click request for OTP , Push notification for approval was not displayed.
User open Agronet Mobile and click Agrokey, error displayed system error- rejected. Back to FPX page, below error displayed – Your account has not been deducted. The transaction is failed.
Need your assistance to further check on this.

Based on provided log. This customer unable to perform approve transaction via Mobile Banking.
From the log, it show error 99 during program want to perform serversignin. Therefore, program throws general error 99.
We already deliver the solution for this issue, which require to update UPASS library version.
The fixes already deliver at email subject "[Request ID :##6714##] : GRONET UNABLE TO DO TRANSACTION - ERROR 99 SYSTEM CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE"
