- The password email successfully sent to the user on 7/7/23 16:27
- User manage to login to the system on 7/7/23 18:07

Hi Zahir,

Same issue with SCP ID :##6746##. Please refer below for the root cause and resolution.

Root Cause:
- Those impacted users created before the V20 cut over and without assign any hard token. After implemented the V20, the send e-pin email to the users had been remove from the assign token API. That's is why, users not received any email when assign token.
Resolution:

- Bank to manually trigger the reset password via the RCAS admin portal or RCMS to send out the e-pin email to the affected users.
