Kindly attend below request:-

Transaction with over 90 days period still can submit (DRP), based on term on ASPI and based on data the transaction over 90 days has been retention and causing error on participant DRP because the data already unavaliable on CI Portal

root cause:
-Maker already create the dispute of transaction before the retention period, however the Checker approve it after retention period of those transaction.
resolution:
-Add validation upon creating dispute whether the transaction that being dispute should be within the rentention period of transaction(90days)

case e.g:
1.Maker create dispute for transaction on 10 jan 2023 for transaction that happen on 9 jan 2023
2.Checker approve the dispute that created by maker on 11 April 2023
3.The rention period for transaction data are 90 days.
4.Upon point 2, the checker successfuly approve and dispute item successfuly created
5.This causing upon trying access to those dispute item will encounter error, because the transaction already not exist

to prevent point 5 to happen need to add validation upon create or approve the dispute to check transaction date is not yet get retention
