IBAM>CBE - BSNeBiz Application.
1.To have a ‘Delete’ action button for BSNeBiz Application navigation.
2.Assigned IBAM users are allowed to delete any not pertinent new application.

Additional request during BSN_CR23001 - Enhancement of New Application Form in CDB and IBAM ver2.1 UAT as of 20/10/2023.
IBAM>CBE - BSNeBiz Application.
1.New Application > Online Payment to have an account number box.
a.To have a field for the account number for Online Payment during registration at BSNeBiz > New Application.
b.BSNeBiz user is mandatory to insert the account number.
c.To enhance IBAM > CBE - Organization Setup - Services & Charges.
?To add an account number field for online banking.

2.New Application > Rearrange services list.
a.To update the services list, follow the below order:
i.Collection,
ii.Autodebit,
iii.Bulk Payment,
iv.Online Payment,
v.Statutory Body,
vi.Credit Card,
vii.Zakat.

3.New Application > Result Screen.
a.To update “Contact Us” to “Email Us”
b.To edit the "Contact Us" description and include the BSN support email.

4.New Application > Email Content.
a.To update the bullet listing to be a numbering for services.
b.To update the “Ic” to be a capital letter. IC > IC.

Additional Request based on  Submission of Audit Report: Validation of the Implementation and Effectiveness of Fraud Countermeasures (25/10/2023)
1.To ensure that the "Call Back" process has been implemented in the internal process of BSNeBiz New Application, whereby BSN (UKB) needs to call the company's contact person to verify the company details and obtain all related documents to be submitted before registering and approving the application. This is to ensure that the user creation process will be carried out by the correct individual in the company.
