To enable edit function to CIS number field for JPD maker role and ensure the edit will reflected to DB.

SIT deploy on 21/05/2024
Conditions:
1. Administrator cannot edit/approve org details edit CIS number
2. Only maker with allowed access Edit CIS Number can edit CIS number
3. Only checker with allowed access Edit CIS Number can approve edit CIS number
Test Steps:
IBAM > Org Setup > Edit Company Details > CIS Number
1. Maker with allowed access Edit CIS Number edit CIS number
2. Checker with allowed access Edit CIS Number approve edit CIS number
3. Status success. CIS number changes reflected/save in db
1. Maker with allowed access Edit CIS Number edit CIS number
2. Checker without allowed access Edit CIS Number approve edit cis number
3. System throw error message
1. Maker with allowed access Edit CIS Number edit CIS number
2. Admin approve edit CIS number
3. System throw error message
1. Maker without allowed access Edit CIS Number edit Organization Details
2. System display disabled CIS number field. Edit with f12.
3. Checker/Admin approve. CIS number changes not reflected/not save in db
4. Edit another field besides CIS number. Data changes reflected/save in db
