Issue: A user's status in RIB was not synchronized with CAS which caused the user to receive error 55 (INVALID_STATE_DELETED) and failed to login
Root cause: There was a maintenance performed by SIBS branches to delete and retag the customer profile but during the deletion process, the customer's updated status was not sent to CAS for status update. Therefore, the customer failed to login successfully.
Latest Update: RIB has retagged the customer profile but the customer has yet to retry login. Ticket will be closed for now as RIB need to check if the problem persists after retagging the customer profile
