Description
Below is the step performed by customer to login:
-Enter username
-click "Next"
-enter password
-click "Next"
-then appear Error 404, "Page cannot be found".

Username: 196111
IC Num: 610321125030
CIF: 280230770

the logs provided are not in timestamp that issue occur please provide the right logs and if the logs are not there, the ultimate way is to reproduce the issue by asking user to relogin.

after checked the log file, host return below error msg:

ERROR_CODE=CFM0116
REASON_FOR_CODE=No account relationships found for this CIF number
Bank IT need to investigate further and do the needful. no changes in RIB is require. Informed Halimah on 10 Sept 2012.
