Salam kak haida,

1. Promotion/Announcement title cannot include special character or symbol except space. * Amended the title to allow the user to key in special characters except < > " ' & / for security purpose.*
2. Promotion/Announcement description field cannot be in new line.
able to Display new Line for Promotion/Announcement description in RIB.

Kindly do re-test on UAT environment.

Kindly assist to test on below issue in UAT environment. (This will be priority due to Production Issue).

Dear Haida

1. Promotion/Announcement title cannot include special character or symbol except space.
System Error message: Title cannot include following characters & < > ' " /
According to Bank requirement just space is allowed:* Result: Fail*
According to our SE command -special characters allowed except & < > ' " / Result: Pass
System allows special characters such as: !@#$% only &<>'"/ are not accepted.

2. Bug: Promotion/Announcement description field cannot be in new line.
rib-uat > home > Promotion / Announcement

Old Promotion / Announcement: Description can be in new line.
New Promotion / Announcement: Description can be in new line.
Title of new created announcements and promotions : Promotion - Promotion , Promotion - Announcement , Announcement - Promotion, Announcement - Announcement
Result: Pass

Beside these:
Alignment of Title and Abstract in IBAM is not well arranged. This may leads user to confuse, which text field is for TITLE. Kindly refer to attached picture.

Hi Faeza,

Kindly explain on the below test case:
1. Promotion/Announcement title cannot include special character or symbol except space.
System Error message: Title cannot include following characters & < > ' " /
According to Bank requirement just space is allowed:*Result: Fail*

For your info, new requirement from bank need the Title field to except special character. SE fixed with conditions to NOT allowed following characters & < > ' " / due to security purpose.

If test to enter this characters & < > ' " / to the Title field.
System shall show error message - Title cannot include following characters & < > ' " /
please retest to verify.

note: what I mean in above was: SE allowed to insert space, @, & and other special characters in Title except: & < > ' " /
and error message is: Title cannot include following characters & < > ' " /
