Description

1. Maker able to delete same Content in the same time. And after being approved once, the rest of the same content will through “Service is currently unavailable.” And unable to authorized.

Expected Result: Maker not allows performing same action in the same content.

Eg: Maker A had deleted content CCCC and she not allow to re-do the action. Error message will display “{Content value} is pending for approval”.
