Hi alwi , assist to solve this issue also thanks .

1.Authorization
 2.Pending 
 3. RIB Authorization or BIB Authorization 
 4.Click on any Tracing ID 
 you go to Approval details .

Error: There is no any error validation to put more that 200 inputs in reason. refer to Screen flow I attached to my task in page 4.

Login By checker and Approve the Item .
Click on User Transaction Log .
Click on "Details" the data doesnt transfer.
