Description

No data shown for RIM#, Username and Customer Name. In the RegistrationReportGen, the setCSVUserProfileData get the RIM#, Username and Customer Name based on the userid. Please start the investigation to check why the record is not there.

CIB registration for user with alias 'steve0768' has 2 records in IB_REGISTRATION on trnx date = '05072010' which 1 is successful and the other is unsuccessful. BV user ID is created '5657' but no record is found in BV_USER and TB_AM_USER.

What is the status of this bug? Who is working on it?

  • Status changed from New - Begin Life Cycle to Closed - End of life cycle

Cause:
1. User accidentally submit the registration for 2 times.
2. First time is register successful, second time is unsuccessful.
3. IB will rollback the registration if found unsuccessful.
4. So, the unsuccessful registration had delete both registration since both is using same username.

Action:
1. Request user to register again.
