IBAM099 - Change Error Message

Step to re-produce:
1. Click on IBAM>Content>PAYEE
2. Click On “Category Name” hyperlink
3. Click on "Create Content".
4. Enter Commission Amount with alphabet or special character.
5. Enter other required fields.
6. Click "Done".

Current Result:
Error Message:
Commission Amount must be a float.

Expected Result:
Error Message:
Commission Amount is not in proper currency format.

IBAM101 - Change Error Message

Step to re-produce:
1. Click on IBAM>Content>PAYEE
2. Click On “Category Name” hyperlink
3. Click on "Create Content".
4. Select “Yes” on “Minimum Payment” drop down
5. Enter Minimum Payment Amount with alphabet and/or special character.
6. Enter other required fields.
7. Click "Done".

Minimum Payment is not numeric.

Error Message:
Minimum Payment Amount is not in proper currency format.
