Kindly assist on these bugs:

IBAM100 - Payee content created despite entering empty value to minimum payment amount when minimum payment flag is turned on

Step to re-produce:
1. Click on IBAM>Content>PAYEE
2. Click On “Category Name” hyperlink
3. Click on "Create Content".
4. Select “Yes” on “Minimum Payment” drop down
5. Enter Minimum Payment Amount with empty value.
6. Enter other required fields.
7. Click "Done".

Current Result:
Successful created and pending for approval with space/empty value of miniimum payment amount

Expected Result:
Error Message:
Minimum Payment Amount is required.

IBAM102 - Payee content created despite entering value with improper range to minimum payment amount.

Step to re-produce:
1. Click on IBAM>Content>PAYEE
2. Click On “Category Name” hyperlink
3. Click on "Create Content".
4. Select “Yes” on “Minimum Payment” drop down
5. Enter Minimum Payment Amount with "00.001".
6. Enter other required fields.
7. Click "Done".

Current Result:
Payee successful created and pending for approval.

Expected Result:
Error Message:
Minimum Payment Amount must be in the range of 0.01 to 999999999999.99.

IBAM103 - Payee content created despite entering empty value to maximum payment amount when maximum payment flag is turned on

Step to re-produce:
1. Click on IBAM>Content>PAYEE
2. Click On “Category Name” hyperlink
3. Click on "Create Content".
4. Select “Yes” on “Maximum Payment” drop down
5. Enter Maximum Payment Amount with empty value.
6. Enter other required fields.
7. Click "Done".

Current Result:
Successful created and pending for approval with space/empty value of miniimum payment amount

Maximum Payment Amount is required.

IBAM105 - Payee content created despite entering value with improper range to maximum payment amount.

IBAM106 - Payee content created despite minimum payment amount entered is greater than maximum payment amount when both checkbox ticked.

Step to re-produce:
1. Click on IBAM>Content>PAYEE
2. Click On “Category Name” hyperlink
3. Click on "Create Content".
4. Select “Yes” on “Minimum Payment” drop down
5. Enter Minimum Payment Amount with "10000".
6. Select “Yes” on “Maximum Payment” drop down
7. Enter Maximum Payment Amount with "4000".
8. Enter other required fields.
9. Click "Done".

Current Result:
Payee successful created and pending for approval.

Expected Result:
Error Message:
Maximum Payment Amount must be greater than Minimum Payment Amount.

IBAM107 - Payee content created despite entering empty value to Bill Account Display Name (EN) when Bill Account Display Name Required flag is turned on.

Step to re-produce:
1. Click on IBAM>Content>PAYEE
2. Click On “Category Name” hyperlink
3. Click on "Create Content".
4. Select “Yes” on “Bill Account Display Name Required” drop down
5. Enter Bill Account Display Name (EN) with empty value.
6. Enter other required fields.
7. Click "Done".

Current Result:
Payee successful created and pending for approval.

Expected Result:
Error Message:
Bill Account Display Name is required
