Salam Alwi,
Kindly help to fix the bugs:
Login as userMaker/aaaa1111
Step 1: Edit Content- Notices in IBAM- Click on IBAM>Content>Notices
- Click on Category Name
- Click on Details Content List
- Click on Edit button
- If Select Application is already tick, untick it. If not remain it.
- Click on Update button
Login as administrator/Mss@dm1n
Step 2: Approve/Reject- Click on IBAM>Authorization>Approval
- Click on IBAM Authorization
- Click on Tracking ID for Edit Notices
- Look at the Select Application it will automatically tick even maker not tick it before.

resolution: set correct value for Application ID check box
