In step 4, action 1: Teller to generate and enter TAC to confirm the application.
Clicking "Generate TAC" button does not produce any result.
Expected output: A new window pop out to notify user TAC had been sent.
Actual output: Page refreshed/Nothing happen.

Updated the code, please take note the generate tac will not popup any new windows, it will directly send to mobile number. In our server cannot send any SMS out, that why you just put any number into the tac field.
