Description
User Aditya cant migrate as per reported verbally by Thomas. After do checking, this is due to account information giving response 54 (account is closed).
Thus as a fix, I change the logic to allow close account to be migrated. Also to avoid account & summary showing error 54.
Need to do thorough testing in UAT by user/Bank IT.

Done testing in local environment pointing to UAT database.
Scenario to test:
1. Ask Pak Tup Tup (hot backend) to provide closed account.
2. Tie this account to migration user (user ID: 19041904)
3. Remove CIF and rename user ID 19041904 in UAT, because it is already existed in DB.
4. login to m2u with user ID 19041904, password: Passw9rd, and finally do migration.
Result: Closed account would not cause the error 54 (account is closed) anymore after clicking "submit" in "choose security image, phrase, & question page.

Deployed to UAT on Wednesday 21st August 2013 and pending for user feedback.

Toomy, I will help you to install DB2 once there is a free time.
Anyway for this matter, I have tested it in local, as well in UAT. Pending for user's feedback. Thanks.

This issue has no SCP ID (Support Center Plus - Penril Support System) and I can't find it in the system also. Are you sure this been log in our system?
