Hi Chee Ping as per our conversation previously,
The SI successfully tested via soap UI. but upon testing via JUnit test in eclipse for RegisterDomesticTransfer, it gives connection timeout.
Sample of successful transaction via soap UI with exactly the same URL is as attached.

Host SI webservice show socket timeout on the inquiry part, and show error message invalid username/password in the register SI transaction. These 2 issue need bank to settle before we can continue. Now is pending them to solve the problem.

SI is currently running in prod already. but the success of trnx or not is depends on infoflow.
