Try some research and seems it can not be done for IE.

http://stackoverflow.com/questions/5968779/how-to-make-ie-support-min-width-max-width-css-properties

I asked Ferry to test it in internal testing env., whether this item can be ignored. Meaning, to confirm whether they agree if these button will be still available.

As per our email to confirm whether technically can it be done and since did not get any reply and others developers check, some browser can be done and some browsers can not be done. in order to prevent any confusion to client, we will not cater for it with the reason of the technical constraint and not a issue with the pop up screen since it will auto disappear after 10 seconds.
please do not ask client to try on different browsers. we will not cater for it.
