Dear support team,
Customer face problem to login AGRONet.
Got error: session expired, you have left your browser idle for more than 5 minute.
Happen when try to login and create new password also when click forgot my password.
Customer already clear browser history and cookies.

Root cause: Empty User ID during logging for user activity log. in IBResetPasswordResultServices
Resolution: Handled empty string for User Activity Logging.
Kindly re-test on "Forgot my Password" menu and force change password during login.

Here the test result. Attached is the Test Result screen shot.
Test Scenario:
1) Account Locked and Unlocked the user in IBAM. User will be force to change the password.
- To test on negative testing - To test on invalid Old Password
Result:
System throw message "Invalid Password"
- To test on negative testing - To test on using Previous Password to New Password and Confirm New Password
Result:
System throw message "Your new password has previously been used."
- To test on positive testing - To test on using valid data
Result:
System successfully reset the password and go to home page.
2) To test on Forgot Password
- To test on negative testing - To test on using Previous Password to Password and Confirm Password
Result:
System throw message "Invalid Password"
- To test on positive testing - To test on using valid data
Result:
System successfully reset the password and go to result page.
